Italian Tortellini Stew

1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium zucchini, chopped
2 cans chicken broth
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 can great northern beans, drained
2 TBS dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 uncooked dry chesse filled tortellinis (can use frozen)


Add all but tortellini's to the slow cooker and stir together to combine. Cook on Low for 6 hours. Increase to High and add tortellini's for 20 minutes. Top with paresean cheese before serving.

Savory Spice Chicken

Preheat oven to 375.
Combine in 9x13 baking dish:

6 TBS olive oil
6 TBS soy sauce
6 TBS honey
3 TBS white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp pepper


Mix well and add 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast. Pierce both sides of chicken with fork all over, turning chicken several times until chicken is well absorbed with juices. Place uncovered in oven and cook for 35-45 minutes turning over chicken (or basting chicken) every 10 minutes throughout cooking. Serve over Rice.
